Every Collection Begins with an Idea
Sometimes it's inspired by a color palette, a season, a material, or a technique I've been exploring in the studio. Other times, inspiration arrives unexpectedly—a vintage find, a walk outdoors, a favorite flower, or a simple "what if?" moment.
This section features the collections and creative works that emerge from those inspirations. While jewelry remains at the heart of Bee City Studio, you'll also find my signature windowscape suncatchers, plantscapes, and other handcrafted pieces that reflect my love of creativity and thoughtful design.

Collections for Creative Living
In addition to handcrafted jewelry, I've started creating unique home décor designed to bring personality and charm to your space. Right now, these pieces are only available at Little Luxuries in Taylorville. Introducing "Windowscapes," small sun catchers with various color themes, and "Plantscapes," artisan plant sticks for potted plants and gardens.
A Closer Look: Windowscapes
My Windowscapes are versatile suncatchers, each one created from a curated bead and charm collection. They are designed to be shelf-sitters in a sill or near a window, or suspended with a suction cup from a favorite window. Each Windowscape come with a kit for hanging, including instuctions for use, stringing materials and a suction cup. Their two-frame design provides a pretty view from each side of a window, and a sturdy base for sitting on a table or in a window sill. 🐝
Plantscapes: More That Just Plant Decor
My Plantscapes are artisan plant sticks made from pure copper wire suitable for indoor or outdoor use. They are designed to be not only decorative, but therapeutic for plants. Copper plant sticks have highly conductive and antimicrobial properties. For houseplants they can act as both physical vine supports and aesthetic focal points. They are also used in "electroculture" to channel atmospheric energy into the soil, and provide trace amount of copper, an essential micronutrient for health cell walls and photosynthesis.🐝
